I’ve never been the most fit person, and I’ve gained weight in the past few months. My goals are to get toned muscles, feel healthier, feel more limber, and live a more peaceful and healthier life.
I plan on keeping track of my progress here of my body changing, my energy and relaxation increasing, and my overall satisfaction with life.
